This weekend was my 1st working weekend in a long time...and it was not as easy as i thot it would be.
Ive been doing the graveyard shift since thursday and i have 1 more week to go and i miss bubbles soo dearly. My shift starts at 7pm and ends at 7am..by the time i get home its almost 8....and im just to knackered to do anything....the moment im on the bed...i go into a deep deep sleep...lucky thing caveman was in town this weekn and was spending time with bubbles..so i dont feel so bad...but leaving her at nite was not easy.
So on friday...since it was her birthday...i forced myself not to sleep and spent the morning and afternoon playing with her..as a result...i had become a walking zombie! hehehe...last nite was soo difficult..with only 3 hrs of sleep..i bareful could hold my shift, then at 2 am..dewi and wendy came and brought me supper....nasik goreng daging merah..hahahhhaha awesome, at that moment i thot i was working in KL instead of Cairo! they stayed for awhile which was really nice of them. I surrender at 6.55am couldnt take it anymore...i was knocked down! at 7.10 am, hassan my back to back...rang me to open the door hehehe...that 15 mins sleep really felt a long time....i couldnt even driveback this morning....luckily hassan..being always soo prepared...brought 2 can of Red Bull..30 mins latter i was like a raging bull...:D.
Drove home...and bubbles was still sleeping...apparently last nite she was looking for mummy and daddy had to calm her down by letting her watch cartoon at 3.30 in the morning..sian sayang mummy..so i put her hands to my ear and...she open her eyes and smiled...:D...then she knew her mummy was back...we both went back to sleep til noon...but i went back to sleep fo another 2hrs...while she and daddy when to the barber.
They came home....and we finally let her open her bday present...she is one lucky girl!...macam macam dapat...then we went to wagamama for a late lunch and im back at work again....:( but today i get to leave abit early...coz caveman is going to the rig soo i got be home for bubbles...but ill still be working til 7am from home!
so there you go..i have 1.30 hr before my weekend is gone.........and hello Sunday...
