Moroccan Steam Bath- Hammam

been pretty busy for the last week..layaning my dearest adek and frens i haven't had time to blog anything coz they were hibernating in the study room :D. So yesterday...i managed to get some time for myself and treated my body a must needed massage. I just found out that theres spa 5 mins walk from the flat. A few of my frens tried it last week and they were very happy with it and was raving about it so.why not,I have never actually went for a hammas so i thot ill give it a try this time.

The Moroccan Spa and Thai Massage is a very nice place, the moment u enter the house u feel like ure somewhere in Morocco. The deco and the color are just beautiful. My hammam lady was Margo, from Sudan. She gave me a robe and slippers to change too. Since ive never been to a hammam before i didnt know what to leave on..so i ended up leaving my white g in just in case. So i walked in the steam room and lay down on the the tile bed it was nice and warm i could almost fall asleep instantly. I was 1st showered and lathered with some henna paste....i was abit alarmed when she told me that it was henna...was i gonna turn red????...she said noo...phewww! but there goes my whities...now all brownish greeen...:(. She left me for 15 mins for the herbal stuff to soak up my skin ad after that my whole body was scrubed..really scrubed it felt good! some parts was abit ticklish too. Then she put on some this sweet smelling cream...made from olive oil, jasmine and something else i forgot..all oevr my body and let it sit for a few mins...it was hot this cream..i can feel it sort of bitting my skin but after awhile with the cool steam it was fine. She massaged my back firmly and started to wash off the cream, shampooed my hair and a facial scrub. Nice innit...the best bath ive had so far!. I left the steam room..feeling light and clean!

Definitely book for another bath soon....and try the Thai massage!

220 L.E well spend!

crush!

lets admit...as were growing up we've have made some bad choices in clothes..hairdos...frens...boys..men..jeans...( highwaisted and carrot cut jeans..hahaha)..somehow it seems alrite at the time no?? and its all apart of growing up i guess .There was a time in my life that i went crazy goo goo ga ga...for rockstars esp them scruffy looking brit bands. They were hotties...with ciggies in one hand a pint of lager in the other and the "i didnt shower for a month look"...i was mad for them.my number one fav was of course no other then Tim Wheeler from Ash and Liam Gallagher from Oasis. I was convinced that i was thier chicca....kekeke..yeah rite me and my buddies and about millions of other chiccas in the world.
When i was at uni..i was so close to meeting them in concert, u wont believe it but Ash actually played in my uni before..the year before i enrolled..dang! I had two huge poster in my room at uni...one was the Le'Chat Noir..and the other was Ash! I left uni...and never meet any of them...and after that i was sucked in to the working world that i forgotten about my boys...i listen to them all the time just not madly in love with them soo much...

i woke this morning at 430..with and empty tummy...begin searching for my long lost boys.
They are doing alrite...Ash has new album out ‘Twilight Of The Innocents’ which also be thier final release....:( they will be releasing only singles after this.. and thier are going to tour to Japan this year....and Tim Wheeler is still a heartbreaker.....uhuhuh i suddenly fell in love again....:D

as for the man..Liam..and the gang i guess they are still rocking in Manchester! theres not much news on them these days..i guess they busy raising kids..:)....check out the sideburns..haha!
But they will be releasing a new album this year...so that whats he said

"There's lots of cool parts, man. Really, we're throwing everything at it. It's gonna be cool, man." Liam Gallagher on Oasis' upcoming 2008 release, man [Reuters]

Heath Ledger found dead in NYC at age 28

1st i thot it was a joke or new role he played..but i guess its true...after that all i see is this news. I wasn't a fan..but i wasn't a hater either. I liked him...and i think its not a bad actor esp in MonsterBall,First Knight, The Patriot..and of course the movie that made him super famous..Brokeback Mountain and he was a looker too..:D.

he also leaves behind a 2 yr old daughter..sad innit. I would have never thot he will die this way...doesn't seems suicidal. But then again...who would know...and i guess we will never know

his movies to date :-

Batman - The Dark Knight (2008)
I'm Not There (2007)
Brokeback Mountain (2005)

i need a vacation!!!

its freezing in cairo!!

i woke up today...and i felt like i just oved to scotland over nite.....its foggy and freezing takde snow jer....kalau turus snow..i dont know what to say! i miss the warm sunny days...uhuhuhuh...this weather makes me want to go on vacation to a warm place!

one of my pengajian buddy Mbak Rani suggested Italy...of course she was married to an italian and lived there for 10 years. She said that Italy is great to on vacation lots of sights and historical stuff to see which i like....old ruins...architecture...and of course the food...the fashion...and ahem ahem....the gorgeous italian men!! even the chicks are hot...everyone dresses up like they are going to a fashion show...very stylo mylo..

She suggested to go to Rome,Milan and Venice, and the best time to go will probably March/April/May or in the last summer late September or October. These places will be less crowded and the hotels in Italy are slightly cheaper.Of course u can always fine some good deals on the internet on the the rooms and some tours if u like..which i used frequently used when i was travelling in Europe back in the days..

Rome...the capital or Italy also know as the "Eternal City" home of the famous Colloseum,St Peters and the Vatican, the Forum, Pantheon and so much more.
The best place to stay is to find hotels in Rome that close to the place u want to visit..and u can go on foot and enjoy the city, of course the city trams, metro taxi can be found anywhere if u get tired. Most website i visited, suggested that u need at least 3 to 4 days to covered Rome...after all Rome wasn't build in a day!.Besides the touristic places, theres always something going on in Rome...some events are annually and some are seasonal. The Good Friday Procession in Rome is something worth catching. This is an annual events that takes place on Good Friday in April at the Palatine Hill ans starts at 8.00pm and if ure interested in music, the New Operafestival takes place between Jul-Sept 2008 its a summer events that happens annually at the Basilica di S. Clemente...just behind the Colosseum. Theres always something fro everyone Rome throughout the year! For those that thinking of travelling to Italy...here are some overview of the the country....Called Italy! ma ma Mia!!!

Milan..the fashion capitol of Italy! everyone are like supermodels..i kid u not! even i made an afford to look presentable when i was there..:D. I like Milan..its a different city then Rome. Its more modern and commercial..with its own history...Doumo is an magnificiant architecture...its made of marble with its decorative glass stained windows and its the largest gothic cathederal in the world and it smack rite in the middle of central square and from here to can go to any direction..to the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum..also the most visited museum in Italy..or to the Milan Golden Quad..the high fashion mall! most of the cafe's,restaurants and most of the hotels in Milan can be found around this area too. From luxury hotel to youth hostel all u need to do it look for it with a map or from the net. The price can range from 35 Euro to onwards and getting there is not a problem...the metro takes u too almost everywhere...If your travelling between Jan and March don't forget to stock up your wardrobe with yummylicious things...Milan Designers Sale begins in Jan ends in the beginning of March every year! and i heard that its a bargain! and if ure travelling early this year its still not to late to see the Leonardo's Lab-From Mysterious Robots to the Flying Machine its end on the 31st March 2008...that be interesting and this i would love to go and see...the world press photo exhibition in May...that be really cool!

La Serenissima, the Most Serene.....or Venice is like a Floating lagoon..and oozess romance!!! the gandola rides on the canals...cuddling with your ahem..ahem...:D. Alot of ppl i know goes to Venice on thier honeymoon.

when i think of Venice..i think of masquerade parties..yes they are famous for their mask...some are pretty some are scary but all very interesting..the best time to see all this is during the Venice Carnival annually from the 26 Jan to 5 Feb. Its a 2 weeks events filled with dances..processions..festivals everywhere in venice.Another events that is a must in Venice is the Vogalonga at St Mark's Basin in May annually. Its basically a boat race that takes place since 1975 and til now theres about 50 rowing clubs that takes part in the event.Hotels in Venice are everywhere...cheap or luxurious hotels..take your pick. These something for everyone with any budget..and most of the hotels are reachable within walking distance or by water taxi's or taxi's.

Italy anyone????

the dreamers

reading lilmisskechik entree between 1992 to 1996...made me miss my peeps even more..i meet my fav peeps during this period too...and im glad i meet them...and i miss them soo much now..sob..sob..sob..they are my truest fren ever! being the and iwas new girl in school..i was an alien..not only i had huge tits for a 13 yrs old girl i was also just cameback from scotland...so that how scotland yard became my nickname by some pll in school...anyway..i felt strangely awkward..the stares mostly esp from the boys with raging hormones...i was lucky to had meet miss poe, lilmisskechik, lis, khemy and the rest of the geng...with them...life was good!!... we had soo much dreams...kuat berangan betul...all we do was dream...we were very imaginative!! then again living in a small town that had only one simpang empat(back then)..what else is there to do??

the biggest dream was 'beepster' which never happens..lis when alone and ditch us...of coz...now that i think about...whre the hell would i get the money to go to london at 17??? back then it was all possible....nothing was impossible all we wanted to do was to get out from sitiawan and be famous..date a indie star..have our own band..meet our fav footballer...be someone...and now that we are actually out in the world..(well someone is still willingly living in sitiawan ahem..ahem..) i actually do miss that place...the place i grew up! and look at we are now????.... we are somebody...we are even somebody's mummy and wife wife or too be wife..we did well for ourself but yet we are still the same girl with the same dreams deep down inside...:D some might be hysterical when they see this entree...but it just had to be done!!..hahaha i hate to see it myself..but for old time sake besides i blame lilmisskechik for this coz she triggered me to do it hahahahaha...please dont hate me...besides if she had a scanner with her...she would probbaly had done this ages agoo....admit it!!! :P

P.S...i wish i had more photos from back in the days....esp with khemy in it!!...i know i have one with her and OAG.ahhahahah.....OAG the story that no one believed!!!

how sexy are you??

everyone is on facebook now..in caveman office the boss is even trying to get the IT ppl to band facebook..the employees are spending too much time facbooking..hahahaha..how addictive is it???...me..i really dont have much time for it...ill open it once every 2 or 3 days and try to do some of the request..u can never finish it...i currently have 300 plus request??? hows teh hell...but it is kinda fun..i like the gives and teh test...well some of it...today i just did the "how sexy are you" test??? and how did i score..98%...should have been 100%...coz im sizzling hot!!! hahahha...kidding...but can u rate your sexiness by doing a poll??? no way...the question are there to choose and u know what to choose to be 100% sexy!!!

i guess everyone can be sexy...its very relative rite..well i think Enrique Iglesias is sexy..but some think he looks gay..see what i mean..everyone have a different idea( but he is so not gay :p ) on what sexy is...so how can a poll determine your sexiness...i guess not.

read an artical once...a poll said that the girls in the UK these days rather look sexy then be clever..common enuff..i dont think that this only happens in the Uk...i think its everywhere..its hard not to get influnced by the telly, mags, billboards and etc..they all oozes sex appeal..and its targeted more on the girls then the boys...how unfair..very unfair!..and guy and look dirty and scruffy and we still thinks he is hot hot hot..but a girl definately cant!...u dont even get glance.

( cute innit !! )

bottom line is.....if u think ure sexy....u must be one damn foxy ladeee!!..at the end of the day...whos to tell u ure not! :D

adek is coming!!!

its 15 more days before i get to see adek again..and im soo excited!! the last time i saw him was new years eve last year...before sending him off to the UK.. i still remember him being soo excited to go to Uk again...and how mama was so worried that he will loose one of his bag..or drop this and that...she was paranoid..but i guess he is her little baby..and he's going away..it was hard for her..but now he will be back for good...i hope...and i hope mama will be happy!

Im hoping that he will stay here for awhile...

the break up....

I got a txt msg a few days back from one of my baby cuz....she just had her 1st break up...and when i was back in KL for hols all she talks about was this was this person..like we all do when we all 1st fall in love with that someone...it seems that everything that comes out from you gob is that person's name...but when the break up happens..it all falls to peices..and to make matters worse she has to see this person everyday and work side by side...how cruel is that???? i know nothing i say can make her feel better..she will have to heal her broken heart in due time.

Reason for the break up....a statement used one to many times...."I love you but, kite memang takde jodoh"...heard this one before???? hahaha a slap to my face duchhh..i actually used the same reason in a slightly different words..haha...but for my case..it was that reason..i could have never happen and we would have made each other miserable.

do u remember you 1st break up?? i don't really remember it now..it seems that it was along time ago..all i remember is that it was a long break up with a lot of arguments..tears and heartache...u know one of those that u think was the end but then oppss..its not..and it drags on and on and on...until it was finish..and finished..and i must say when it finally ended it was a relief. We are still good friends now...we check on each other from time to time..we were together for 6 yrs..and believe it or not he was my 1st boyfriend.

After him they were a few other flings here and there..nothing serious and i havent had any big break up's since...alhamdulilah..

the 1st one is always the hardest but its the one u will always remember and think of when u have the next and the next one..and u realise that it doesn't seems soo bad after all...so my dear cuz..i hope ure feeling better now...if its meant to be it will be..some guys are not worth crying for..

The Nanny Diaries

bestie Poe recommended me this book one day and i totally loved it. Its was well written and the way it was describe really takes u into the book. I love the way they described the charactors...Mrs.X...harvard hottie...( i like !! )...and grover..he is very boyishly cute.
i had just finished watching the movie and it was a very good movie...my afternoon well spent! Scarlett Johansson plays the perfect nanny and i envy the stuff that she wears....this chic can wear anything!!!
This movie is a very good adaptation from book to movie...so if ure looking for movie to watch or dowload or rent this week..try this one if u havent watched it already

i love you best!!

watermelons vs bananas

got an email about how banana is so good for u...bla..bla..bla...then i when to see bestie's blog..and she got that on her blog too hahahaha..she's crazy about banana..me..not too much, ill buy them every other day for the house...both caveman n bubbles...loves them..."nak nana...mummy"..me ill probably have one banana a week or something..its just doesn't do it for me.

it got me googling watermelon vs banana...and this what comes out...a youtube movies about the fruits!!..made by the a bunch of kids who have nothing better to do then to play with fruits..

i guess in the end..no one wins!! both are winners...

my fav fruit is the watermelon...unfortunately..its not the season here anymore...during summer u can get huge melons....and they are soo are and juicy!! my cuz once told me that watermelon doesn't have much nutrients on them..they are just full of water but i beg to differ...how can a fruit that is soo yummy has no nutritional contents...impossible!

So this is what i found out...

Health Benefits
Watermelon is not only great on a hot summer day, this delectable thirst-quencher may also help quench the inflammation that contributes to conditions like asthma, atherosclerosis, diabetes, colon cancer, and arthritis.

Concentrated in Powerful Antioxidants

Sweet, juicy watermelon is actually packed with some of the most important antioxidants in nature. Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of vitamin A, notably through its concentration of beta-carotene. Pink watermelon is also a source of the potent carotenoid antioxidant, lycopene. These powerful antioxidants travel through the body neutralizing free radicals. Free radicals are substances in the body that can cause a great deal of damage. They are able to oxidize cholesterol, making it stick to blood vessel walls, where it can lead to heart attack or stroke. They can add to the severity of asthma attacks by causing airways to clamp down and close. They can increase the inflammation that occurs in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and cause most of the joint damage that occurs in these conditions, and they can damage cells lining the colon, turning them into cancer cells. Fortunately, vitamin C and beta-carotene are very good at getting rid of these harmful molecules and can therefore prevent the damage they would otherwise cause. As a matter of fact, high intakes of vitamin C and beta-carotene have been shown in a number of scientific studies to reduce the risk of heart disease, reduce the airway spasm that occurs in asthma, reduce the risk of colon cancer, and alleviate some of the symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. A cup of watermelon provides 24.3% of the daily value for vitamin C, and, through its beta-carotene, 11.1% of the DV for vitamin A.

More on Watermelon's Lycopene

Watermelon is also a very concentrated source of the carotenoid, lycopene. Well known for being abundant in tomatoes and particularly well absorbed from cooked tomato products containing a little fat such as olive oil, lycopene is also present in high amounts in watermelon and mangoes. Lycopene has been extensively studied for its antioxidant and cancer-preventing properties. In contrast to many other food phytonutrients, whose effects have only been studied in animals, lycopene has been repeatedly studied in humans and found to be protective against a growing list of cancers. These cancers now include prostate cancer, breast cancer, endometrial cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancers. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that in patients with colorectal adenomas, a type of polyp that is the precursor for most colorectal cancers, blood levels of lycopene were 35% lower compared to study subjects with no polyps. Blood levels of beta-carotene also tended to be 25.5% lower, although according to researchers, this difference was not significant. In their final (multiple logistic regression) analysis, only low levels of plasma lycopene (less than 70 microgram per liter) and smoking increased the likelihood of colorectal adenomas, but the increase in risk was quite substantial: low levels of lycopene increased risk by 230% and smoking by 302%. The antioxidant function of lycopene-its ability to help protect cells and other structures in the body from oxygen damage-has been linked in human research to prevention of heart disease. Protection of DNA (our genetic material) inside of white blood cells has also been shown to be an antioxidant role of lycopene.

Watermelon and Green Tea Team Up to Prevent Prostate Cancer

Choosing to regularly eat lycopene-rich fruits, such as watermelon, and drink green tea may greatly reduce a man's risk of developing prostate cancer, suggests research published the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition (Jian L, Lee AH, et al.)

In this case-control study involving 130 prostate cancer patients and 274 hospital controls, men drinking the most green tea were found to have an 86% reduced risk of prostate cancer compared, to those drinking the least.

A similar inverse association was found between the men's consumption of lycopene-rich fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, apricots, pink grapefruit, watermelon, papaya, and guava. Men who most frequently enjoyed these foods were 82% less likely to have prostate cancer compared to those consuming the least lycopene-rich foods.

Regular consumption of both green tea and foods rich in lycopene resulted in a synergistic protective effect, stronger than the protection afforded by either, the researchers also noted.

Practical Tips: Get in the habit of drinking green tea and eating lycopene-rich foods.

Take a quart of iced green tea to work and sip throughout the day or take it to the gym to provide prostate protection while replenishing fluids after your workout.
Pack a ziploc bag of apricots and almonds in your briefcase or gym bag for a handy snack.
Start your breakfast with a half grapefruit or a glass of papaya or guava juice.
For a great summer thirst-quencher, blend chunks of watermelon with a few ice cubes and a splash of lime juice. Serve with a fresh mint leaf.
Serve cooling watermelon chunks as a side dish to balance the flavor of spicy black beans or other fiery Mexican dishes.
Begin lunch or dinner with some spicy tomato juice on the rocks with a twist of lime. Snack on tomato crostini: in the oven, toast whole wheat bread till crusty, then top with tomato sauce, herbs, a little grated cheese, and reheat until the cheese melts.
Top whole wheat pasta with olive oil, pine nuts, feta cheese and a rich tomato sauce for lunch or dinner.
Energy Production

Watermelon is rich in the B vitamins necessary for energy production. Our food ranking system also qualified watermelon as a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of vitamin B1, magnesium, and potassium. Part of this high ranking was due to the higher nutrient richness of watermelon. Because this food has a higher water content and lower calorie content than many other fruits (a whole cup of watermelon contains only 48 calories), it delivers more nutrients per calorie-an outstanding health benefit!

Protection against Macular Degeneration

Your mother may have told you carrots would keep your eyes bright as a child, but as an adult, it looks like fruit is even more important for keeping your sight. Data reported in a study published in the Archives of Ophthalmology indicates that eating 3 or more servings of fruit per day may lower your risk of age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), the primary cause of vision loss in older adults, by 36%, compared to persons who consume less than 1.5 servings of fruit daily.

In this study, which involved over 110,000 women and men, researchers evaluated the effect of study participants' consumption of fruits; vegetables; the antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E; and carotenoids on the development of early ARMD or neovascular ARMD, a more severe form of the illness associated with vision loss. While, surprisingly, intakes of vegetables, antioxidant vitamins and carotenoids were not strongly related to incidence of either form of ARMD, fruit intake was definitely protective against the severe form of this vision-destroying disease. Three servings of fruit may sound like a lot to eat each day, but watermelon can help you reach this goal. What could be more delicious on a hot summer's day than a slice of sweet, refreshing watermelon? For a great summer spritzer, blend watermelon with a spoonful of honey and a splash of lemon or lime, then stir in seltzer water and decorate with a sprig of mint. If you didn't experience the fun of a seed spitting contest as a child, it's not too late to introduce this summer ritual to your children or the child in you!

Arginine to Prevent Erectile Dysfunction, Lower Blood Pressure, Improve Insulin Sensitivity

One more reason to enjoy watermelon before summer ends: this sweet, crunchy, cooling fruit is exceptionally high in citrulline, an amino acid our bodies use to make another amino acid, arginine, which is used in the urea cycle to remove ammonia from the body, and by the cells lining our blood vessels to make nitric oxide. Nitric oxide not only relaxes blood vessels, lowering high blood pressure, it is the compound whose production is enhanced by Viagra to prevent erectile dysfunction. Arginine has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in obese type 2 diabetic patients with insulin resistance. Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab. 2006 Nov;291(5):E906-12. In volunteers drinking three 8-ounce glasses of watermelon juice each day for three weeks, blood levels of arginine (synthesized from citrulline provided by the watermelon) were 11% higher than in controls. Volunteers who drank six daily 8-ounce glasses of watermelon juice for 3 weeks had arginine levels 18% higher than controls. Nutrition. 2007 Mar;23(3)

hahahahaha...today i find out a hassle free way to upload pictures to my blog....most of the time my picture are huge...3 mb...2mb...so i will always to make them small and uploading is another issue...it always timed out on me....arggghhh geramm esp when u wanna do it quick this is sooo painful!!..

so i realise, if i upload them on flickr 1st then just copy it from there..they are automatically smaller...so everything can be done double the time...woohooo!!!

My photo is on the map...woohooo

here it is...

i blogged something last week about one of my Perth photo being shortlisted for www.schmap.com an online mag...and today i got an email saying that my photo made it for their 4Th edition mag...woohoo..im on cloud 9!

sekejap ader sekejap takde....macam biscuit!

my biscuit is gone again....send him off this morning at 5.30am...sigh we had a arguments last nite, something small that became big and i wish it didn't happen...we hardly fight or argue..mostly just lips bashing then were cool. But this time it was different we fought! so this morning i watch him pack his things and waited for the rite time apologize and we both did..it was very silly to have that fight and after sleeping over it we realise that we were both just silly..at least i was.....so sending him off today was abit emotional..i didn't want to let him go..i missed him already...

This time he will be going for 3 weeks....at least he will be with his so called BF...yes my hubby have a BF...an Iraqi BF...hahahha bizarre ain't it...well they are not actually BF BF ..but they are very close...it all started 5 yrs back in Kemaman and they have been together ever since. I would say he was responsible for us being here....i never forgave him for that!!!...early morning one day sometime in Jan 2007, i was sleeping..and i got a call from Mohammad Hashim ( the BF ) from Cairo..
this is what i remember from that conversation...

BF: Hi noreena...how are you? where is sharizal????
Me: im fine..where are you?? sharizal....i dont know..i think he is still in Vietnam...why???
BF: Listen....he has to come back rite.....u guys are coming to Cairo..
Me: What!!!!..what what....what do u mean were going to Cairo???
BF: They wanted someone who can run all this tools and i told him the best guy is sharizal..so they are going to bring him here..
Me: "silence in dazed"
BF: Tell him to call me back when he gets back ok....sorry to wake u up...
ME: OK...
BF: Thanks noreena...bye see u in cairo!Tup!

end of conversation... i went back to sleep still in dazed n confuse. It seems like a dream..anyway..i totally forgot about it rite...until one day m hubby called and guess what.." sayang, im going to cairo on loan....dont worry its only for a few jobs" rite then....i remember that phone call...ahhh muhammad hashim..what have u done!!!.

so we are 1 year later...in Cairo! i cant say its all that bad..i kinda like living here...of course the start was always hard but now its ok...i have frens that are now like my family...i know my dry cleaning guy...my grocery man..my threading lady..and fav ustaz..and alot of other things...D..cairo has grown on me...:D

Welcome 2008

wow!!! time flies..doesn't it? i feels like i just started 2007 and now its gone...and 2008 has arrived.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
everyone.....:D

We had just comeback new years dinner at a fren's house...good food...great company...bubbles is sleep and caveman is hibernating....and I'm still can't sleep....probably the party next door is abit too loud..i can even make out what song that's playing...kids...hehehe.

I feel kinda sad leaving 2007 behind...alot has happen last year good and bad...happy ones and sad ones..but it was a good year. The best thing for me last year is being able to spend my time with bubbles...t be able to teach her the names of the animals, counts...and so much more..all this are a plus point for....she will turn 2 in 4 months time...and it seems that it was yesterday that she came out from my belly :D.
The saddest was leaving my parents and friends back in KL to come here...that was hard :(. Like they say....life goes on....

new years resolutions??? hahaha...same like every year...lose weight and looking like Gisele...or maybe I'm abit to ambitious aye..:D. This year i actually have a few that i would like to do and let me be the only one to know what they are. I'm hoping that i keep my resolution this year.

I wish everyone good health, good fortune and happiness for 2008.....happy new year..
